Deikon Mobile Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 May 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Deikon native mobile app and is intended to serve as the privacy policy for the Deikon mobile app listing, including the Google Play privacy policy URL.
This page is the stable privacy policy location for the native Deikon mobile app: https://deikon.app/mobile/privacy.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data for the mobile app is:
Philip Dimitris Doukakis ELTA ACHILLEIOY POST BOX 57 49084, CORFU GREECE Email: support@deikon.app
2. What data we process
Depending on how you use the mobile app, we may process:
- account information such as your email address and account identifiers;
- authentication and sign-in information, including Google Sign-In information if offered and chosen by you;
- basic profile information, such as display name and preferred language where provided;
- project data, scenarios, estimate inputs, export-library content, and related content that you create, save, or sync;
- device, session, and security-related information needed to keep the app operational and accounts secure;
- purchase, subscription, entitlement, billing status, and transaction-related records needed to manage paid mobile access;
- support, privacy, and deletion requests that you send to us.
3. Why we process your data
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- to provide core mobile app functionality;
- to support guest or local use and account-backed use;
- to store data locally on your device and, where relevant, sync data through Supabase-backed services;
- to authenticate users and protect accounts;
- to process subscriptions, one-time purchases, billing administration, purchase reconciliation, and entitlements;
- to respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests;
- to comply with legal obligations;
- to protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Service.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the context, we process personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and administering the mobile app, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
5. Local device storage and tracking technologies
Deikon currently uses only necessary or functional local device storage and related technical mechanisms to provide and operate the mobile app.
These technologies may be used for saved projects and scenarios, onboarding state, app access state, export-library metadata, authentication, security, session continuity, purchase reconciliation, entitlements, and related local functionality.
Deikon does not currently use advertising SDKs, marketing pixels, third-party analytics cookies, or cross-app tracking technologies in the mobile app.
Because Deikon currently uses only necessary or functional storage, Deikon does not currently display a separate consent banner.
If Deikon introduces analytics, advertising, marketing pixels, or other non-essential tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request consent where legally required.
6. Supabase and cloud-backed services
If you sign in or use sync or cloud-backed functionality, Deikon may process and store relevant data through Supabase.
Supabase provides backend infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, and related technical services for the mobile app.
7. Authentication and Google Sign-In
If offered, you may sign in using email-based methods or Google Sign-In.
When Google Sign-In is used, Deikon may receive the information reasonably necessary to authenticate you and create or link your account, such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and Google Play
For the mobile app, payments, subscriptions, purchase processing, billing administration, purchase reconciliation, entitlements, and related platform or payment records are handled through Google Play payments or Google Play billing where applicable.
Deikon may receive and store purchase-related records, billing identifiers, entitlement status, and transaction metadata needed to verify purchases, manage subscriptions and entitlements, provide support, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Google Play and the app store platform may process data under their own terms and privacy policy.
Deikon does not store full payment card details for native mobile app purchases.
9. Service providers and data recipients
We may share personal data with service providers and platform providers that help us operate Deikon mobile.
Supabase provides backend infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, and related technical services.
Google Play handles mobile app payments, subscriptions, purchase processing, billing administration, purchase reconciliation, entitlements, and related platform or payment records where applicable.
Google Sign-In is involved only if it is offered and you choose to use it.
10. No sale of personal data
Deikon does not currently sell personal data.
If our data practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy as required.
11. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
This may include keeping data while your account remains active, while needed to provide the Service, while required for billing, accounting, tax, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, and while necessary to enforce agreements or protect the Service.
Locally stored data may remain on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or remove the app, unless some of that data is also stored in account-backed cloud features.
When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where appropriate.
12. Account and data deletion
If you are logged in, you can delete your Deikon account from the mobile app Settings using the Delete account button.
If you cannot access the app, email support@deikon.app from the email address linked to your Deikon account. Suggested subject: "Delete my Deikon account".
When a valid deletion request is processed, Deikon by Philip Dimitris Doukakis deletes or anonymizes the app account and associated app data where technically and legally possible. This includes account and profile data, saved projects, scenarios, estimates, and app-related account data.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, payment, or compliance reasons. Payment providers such as Google Play or Stripe may retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
We will process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible, unless retention is required by law or legitimate compliance reasons.
13. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, data portability where applicable, and to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
For privacy requests or help exercising your rights, contact support@deikon.app.
14. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.
However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Children's data
Deikon is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
