Deikon Mobile Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 April 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the Deikon native mobile app distributed for mobile devices. They do not replace the separate legal terms that apply to the Deikon web app where different platform-specific rules or payment flows apply.
1. Provider
Deikon mobile is provided by:
Philip Dimitris Doukakis ELTA ACHILLEIOY POST BOX 57 49084, CORFU GREECE Email: support@deikon.app
2. What the mobile app does
Deikon is a native mobile app for creating, reviewing, comparing, saving, and exporting indicative construction cost estimates and related project scenarios.
All estimates, reports, and outputs are informational only. They are not engineering, architectural, tax, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for verifying any estimate or project decision with appropriately qualified professionals before relying on it.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the mobile app only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, services, or data;
- interfere with app security, availability, entitlement checks, or purchase flows;
- reverse engineer or misuse the app except where such limits are not permitted by law;
- use the app in a way that harms Deikon, other users, or third parties.
4. Guest use, accounts, and sign-in
Some mobile app features may be available without signing in, while other features may require an account.
If you use account-backed features, Deikon may support email-based sign-in and Google Sign-In where available.
If you create or use an account, you must keep your login credentials secure and promptly contact support@deikon.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each subscription is personal to the subscribed user and may not be shared with other individuals. To protect account security and prevent misuse, Deikon may limit each subscribed user account to a maximum of two active sign-in sessions at the same time. If this limit is reached, the user may need to sign out from another device or session before continuing.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, misuse prevention, platform compliance, or legal reasons.
5. Local and cloud data storage
The mobile app may store project, estimate, onboarding, export, and app-state information locally on your device for app operation and continuity.
If you sign in or use sync or cloud-backed features, account and project data may also be stored in Supabase or related backend infrastructure used to operate Deikon.
You remain responsible for checking and keeping copies of any information you consider important.
6. Paid features and subscriptions
Some mobile app features may require a paid subscription or purchase.
Payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and purchase management in the native mobile app are handled through Google Play billing / Google Payments where available and may also be subject to Google's platform terms, billing rules, and refund policies.
Deikon may offer free trials and feature trials for paid plans. If you do not already have an active paid subscription, a trial in the native mobile app is handled through Google Play. When you start a trial, the selected plan and billing interval are used for the subscription that begins after the trial. During this type of trial, you may use the selected plan’s calculation and feature set. Final PDF and Excel exports are not included during the trial and become available only after payment, unless purchased separately as a one-time export.
If you already have an active paid subscription, Deikon may offer a feature trial of a higher plan. This type of trial is handled by Deikon and not directly by Google Play. During the feature trial, your existing paid subscription remains active and your existing export access continues. The feature trial uses the billing interval of your existing subscription. Unless you cancel the upgrade after trial before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically upgrade to the trial plan after the trial with the same billing interval. If you cancel the upgrade after trial, you may continue using the trial features until the trial ends, but your subscription remains on your original plan and billing interval after the trial.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, trials and promotional offers may be limited to one use per user, account, plan, platform, or billing provider. Deikon may change, limit, or withdraw trials or promotional offers where permitted by law.
If you change from one paid plan to another, the change is handled through Google Play or through Deikon where applicable. Unless Deikon clearly offers and confirms a billing-interval change, the new plan uses your existing billing interval. Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in a prorated charge or price difference for the remaining billing period. Downgrades usually take effect after the current billing period ends, so you keep access to your current plan until then. Any credits, charges, taxes, timing, or other billing adjustments depend on Google Play, your platform, and the subscription rules shown at the time of change.
One-time PDF export purchases, including Breakdown PDF and Comparison PDF exports, apply only to the specific estimate data, scenario selection, and output file generated at the time of purchase. If you change any input field, project value, scenario value, activate or deactivate a scenario, change the selected scenarios, or make any other change that affects the generated PDF output, the previous one-time purchase will not automatically cover the new output. In that case, the payment screen may appear again and a new one-time purchase may be required to export the updated PDF. Please review your inputs and selected scenarios carefully before purchasing a one-time PDF export.
Stripe is not used as the payment provider for native mobile app purchases.
Deikon does not store full payment card details for native mobile app purchases.
Feature availability may vary by platform, purchase status, plan, and current product offering shown in the app.
7. No guarantee of exact costs or uninterrupted service
Construction cost outputs depend on user inputs, assumptions, and app logic and are indicative only.
Deikon does not guarantee that estimates are exact, complete, or suitable for any specific project, budget, tender, or commercial decision.
We aim to keep the app available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
8. Third-party services
The mobile app may rely on third-party services where needed to operate account access, cloud storage, authentication, purchase entitlement handling, or platform delivery features.
These may include Supabase, Google Sign-In where offered, and Google Play / Google Payments where purchases are available.
9. Termination and deletion requests
You may stop using the mobile app at any time.
If you want to request deletion of your account data or cloud-stored project data, contact support@deikon.app. We may need information from you to verify the request before acting on it.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be made available at this page and inside the Service where appropriate.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
